Pumping is exhausting

I switched over to pumping beginning if 7 months because she started biting me and anytime I used a method to stop her, she thought it was funny. It git to one day where she bit so hard it drew blood and decided to go to bottle feeding and pumping.
Im trying to figure out my schedule so I don't lose my supply but I have a million things going on and ADHD, and alarms I just turn off... I got some gummies to help boost and see if that works. But yall, its exhausting. I give cudos to anyone who exclusively pumps.
Advice for keeping up my supply or getting through at least a couple more months? My first, I had to go to formula because of a surgery and my supply dipped by the time I was off the medication, to be able to go back, at 9 months, baby girl was 7 months so im jsut feeling guilty im not able to go to 1 year like I planned. And I'm wanting to switch to formula but also want to stay with pumping and im just conflicted. She eats about 7 oz but I am only getting 4-5 each time I do pump so I have no stash

Definitely keep a schedule and pump through the night at least till your body realizes you are only pumping. I’ll be exclusively pumping for a year on the 25th! It’s definitely hard but consistency is what will keep your supply up

Cluster pumping to mimic feeding patterns. Or just formula feed you don’t need to feel guilty for taking care of yourself. To much pressure is put on mommas to breast feed and your made to feel bad for not doing it but 7 months!!! You did the damn thing no reason for guilt

Baby poops

I’m going alittle crazy! My ebf 11 week old for the past 3 weeks will only poop every 6 days. Brought it up to the pediatrician and I’ve done everything they told us to do. Bicycle kicks, tummy rubs, rectal temp check, warm baths and even a suppository. He is very low on the percentile like 9% so I feel like he isn’t holding on to the milk and about day 4 he is so uncomfortable. We took him to the ER Saturday and they did a xray and just told us he had gas. Went to a follow-up peds appointment and they started him on liquid Pepcid due to possible silent reflux. He burps & farts during/ after feeds. We give mylicon or gripe water for the gas discomfort which helps sometimes. I have a feeling this isn’t normal especially when he used to poop everyday.
Pic so we don’t get lost

Sex..

I’m really not interested at all 8 weeks post partum and my husband has been asking. I had a traumatic birth with forceps, an episiotomy and a small tear in vagina. We didn’t really have sex during pregnancy and that was fine as we were both a little weirded out by it!

I just wanted to check if others have felt the same!

Advice

My baby is 2 weeks old and it truly seems like she hates me.
I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong. My husband can easily calm her down but I can’t seem to do the same. She will be totally fine with him and the second he passes her to me, she will start crying.
I’m having a really hard time with it. Any advice?

Placenta Encapsulation

Curious what everyone is planning to do with their placenta after birth. Has anyone tried encapsulation, or is anyone considering it?

I’ve been looking into the process and would love to hear real experiences, good or bad. Is it worth it?
