In your early stage of pregnancy if u can go on sick leave pls do as it is the most important stage of pregnancies . After the 1st trimester u have to be active so that when it time for labour babba will come out willingly.

The best advice I can give is to let your boss know that you are pregnant, they then will have a risk assessment for you which will outline what you’re able to do/ not comfortable doing. It will also go through things like your workstation, chemicals you might come across etc. This might help reassure you what you can do at work.

I'm going to be honest I have been at a job from January, in February I fell pregnant and then had a stressful encounter in April and basically at the end of April I went on sick leave as I was bleeding and was scared I will lose the baby. If my job wasn't so stressful I would've continued working until labour pretty much as I had a WFH situation. I am glad I was on sick leave the whole pregnancy though as I had time to look up what I needed for the baby. I could've gone out more during the day for walks during second trimester mainly. During first I was sleeping when I could as I was extremely tired. And then in the third I had horrible PGP and couldn't walk even 5 steps so most of the days I spent in bed or on the sofa as everything hurt otherwise. I did go swimming almost daily though as that helped with the PGP and was the only exercise I could do.

Having sex without closing your eyes

Tips on how to have eye contact or just look at your man while having sex I always close my eyes bc I’m just so self conscious like what if my face looks funny, what if my eye looks lazy, mind you this is the only man I’ve had sex with that ever felt like this sometimes I will peak but like I said I’ve only done this with him

Is it bad that….

Is it bad that I am married and very much pregnant, don’t wanna have sex with my husband but dream and get turned on by the thought of sexual intimacy with a woman?

This pregnancy has changed me alottt…

Am I the only one that struggling to actually make friends on this app?

I don’t know if it’s just me, but I feel like it’s really hard to make genuine friends on here. I feel like I’m constantly the one asking questions, like I’m interviewing people 😅 and a lot of the time the conversations stay really surface level, turns into them just talking about themselves, or I end up getting ghosted.

I came on here hoping to build real connections, especially with other moms, and I thought that’s what most people were looking for too. But lately it’s been a little discouraging. I feel like I’m putting a lot of time and energy into conversations that slowly fade out or get dry.

I’m still going to keep trying, but I’m curious, is this just how it is? Are people just more selective with friendships on here?

If anyone has tips on how to build more genuine connections, I’d really appreciate it 🤍
