If you are decorating/helping host your sister in laws bridal shower should you bring a gift for her?

I feel like I’ve already spent so much time putting together the arch & other decor & brainstorming ideas, not to mention I will be putting her wedding bouquet & arch together along with getting her ready day of wedding. I just don’t want to spend more money than I already have 😩
