Are they there because you have fruit laying out?

Do you have any potted plants in the house? Or ripe fruit ? Perhaps bananas

Spraying the bugs with non toxic neem oil or peppermint oil in water should help

It’s that time of the year unfortunately. I purchased these RAID flying insect traps that you plug in and the gnats fly to the blue light and get stuck, it doesn’t get rid of them all immediately but it does trap a lot of them

Try apple cider vinegar in a bottle cap or cup.

Place cups of apple cider vinegar with a couple of drops of dish soap around the around you notice
The gnats/fruit flies. Put foil or plastic wrap on top and poke holes. It’s weird but works wonders. Also the Zevo bug plug ins!

zevo plugs work great and i recently had to add foam seal to my doors bcs flies can get in through tiny cracks

They reproduce in the drain. If you can kill the eggs in the drain, that should get rid of them.

💕 Breastfeeding hormones – has anyone else felt like this? 🤱🏼

I’m around 3 months postpartum and feel like breastfeeding has affected me more than I expected. I love the bond with my little boy, but my sex drive has disappeared, and sometimes I feel like I’ve lost a bit of myself. 🥺

I’d love to hear from other mums who’ve experienced this!

💗 Did your sex drive come back while breastfeeding, or only after stopping?

💗 Did you feel more emotional or unlike yourself?

💗 Did anything help, or did things improve naturally over time?

I love breastfeeding and don’t necessarily want to stop, but I’d love to feel more like myself again. ❤️

Any advice or experiences would be really appreciated! 🫶🏼

How often are you breastfeeding after baby turned 1?

Health visitor said to reduce so it doesn't ruin appetite for food but just wondering how often others are doing it. Thanks x

Winter sleeping advice

Ok so this may sound like a dumb question but what’s everyone doing during colder nights now? So my room is normally around 21-22 degrees, whenever the temp drops below 21 in the house the heating comes on automatically. With a LO now, I’m finding it hard to navigate, and I’m extremely anxious about overheating. So with the heating on, we keep the babies in 0.5 tog sleep sack with vest and sleepsuit. But as the nights get colder I wonder whether I need to put them in a 1.5 or 2.5 tog so they are cosy during the times the heating is off. But it’s never going to be that cold because the heating turns on anyways… I’m so confused and it’s possible I’m over thinking this but hey that’s post partum for you 🤣🤣 I wake up at night scared they’re over heating sometimes and if I go up a tog, my anxiety is going to get worse. But I also don’t want them to be cold. Please help!! Is it normally one or the other, like either have the heating on or put them in thicker sleep sack? Never both?

TIA x
