Has anyone else struggled with just absolute zero libido post birth? During pregnancy I was feeling it, but now I have zero interest and maybe even some disgust to the point I don’t even want a kiss 🥲😅

right there with you and it’s completely normal sadly! with my 1st my libido didn’t come back fully until i got my cycle back after a year due to breastfeeding. breastfeeding around the clock also hinders libido as well hormonally, biologically it’s designed that way so we don’t get pregnant again so soon lol. sex felt like a chore for me the whole 1st year of my sons life unfortunately, i’m hoping it’s different this time around, me and my husband still haven’t had sex fully yet because i haven’t felt ready yet with healing

Yepp!! Exactly the same! I feel so guilty. I am even weaning down off breast feeding to see if that will help

I felt like that before my cycle, now I feel the libido for a very short period of time. When I think about it, it's already gone. Sadly!!

Yep, 12 weeks pp and have 0 desire lol

Yes, except that was me during pregnancy too. My poor husband 😂 but hes super understanding and doesnt push the issue.

Yupppp, I will say like 2-3 weeks after giving birth I WANTED it lmao but now I’m just like eh, he’s understanding about it tho , thankfully. Sometimes I don’t even wanna be touched 🤣
Hi all, my baby is almost 6 weeks and in the past few days have been a real struggle as I breastfeed him, he temporarily falls asleep on me than suddenly wake up and cries non stop. No hunger or cold/warm temp or gassiness involved I believe - I tried also putting them in any position (on me as well), but nothing really works.
Quite sleep deprived therefore - both of us.
Anyone having something similar at month 2? How did you deal with it?
Any suggestion is welcome 🫶🏻

So my recently turned 10 month old has just started throwing his head back and making his body rigid when he’s not happy about something - like being put in his play pen, being taken for a nappy change/ nap etc. I’m worried of him doing it and hitting his head hard or worse being dropped (he is very big and heavy) - there has been a few near misses already.
He has also bitten me a few times in the last month (he’s got opposing teeth so really hurts) - luckily that seems to be lessening.
Just wondering if others are/ did have similar experience with their LB? Is it normal to start tantrum type behaviour at this age? And if so how do you react to it?

If your toddler 2 years wakes up at night and you know it’s a regression and they’re not crying just making whining noises and other sounds would you go into his/her room or just wait for them to fall asleep again even if it takes up to an hour?

FTM to a one month old and we want to travel to visit family so they can meet the baby. The drive is only 4 hours away but online keeps saying to take breaks etc because its dangerous to have the baby in a car seat for more than 2 hours at a time. Anyone been thru something similar? And what did you do?

I just needed to rant and get this out.
I’m 5 months postpartum on the 21st and I have never felt so uncomfortable in my own skin. I look in the mirror and barely recognise myself.
I’ve tried different things, I’ve changed my hair, try doing my makeup, bought new clothes and it all seems to make me feel worse.
And the weird thing is, it’s not my c section scar or my stretch marks that are actually bothering me, I can admire they gave me my beautiful son. It’s literally EVERYTHING else about myself I just hate looking at myself in the mirror!
I don’t think it helps that I feel so lonely, I don’t feel like many people understand what I went through with my labour and what I’m going through MH wise now and just think I’m being ignorant but I physically don’t have the mental capacity to message people everyday and be in constant conversation but yet I crave human interaction and friends.
Does everyone feel this way at first and when does it go away?

Has anyone made a switch overnight rather than a gradual change? If so how did your baby react. My baby girl is 3 months and I’m planning to switch. She’s exclusively bottle fed.
