My baby is weeks old Friday. But unfortunately I have been struggling with breastfeeding. I have had to exclusively pump since in hospital due to my colostrum and milk coming into late and having very flat nipples my baby just won’t latch. She tried when she was first born but as I had no supply she gave up. I have been exclusively pumping since. She drinks so much 4oz every 2-3 hours. Do you think it’s manageable to continue to pump and give only breast milk?

Yes I’ve been exclusively pumping for 8 weeks now. It’s pretty mentally taxing but as long as you stick to every 3ish hours you supply should be ok

I'm having a similar experience. My nipples are inverted and my baby boy had nothing to latch to. I have been pumping and feeding him the milk. Currently, I pump after every meal he has, so new fresh milk is ready for his next meal. It's tiring and my nipples are sore. We had to feed him formula where my supply wasn't enough, but for the last 48 hours it seems that I'm pumping more and my breasts are fuller. It also takes longer for me to pump till my breasts soften up.
