Is anyone else’s little one not going to sleep till 9:30-10pm?
I am starting to get really down in the evenings. At the moment, I take my daughter into the bedroom at 8pm and she lays on the bed with me to go to sleep. She struggles for ages to actually get to sleep. She just changes position every minute or she rocks her herself side to side or she will get up. It becomes so frustrating once it gets after 9pm. Because I’m lying in the dark trying to get her to sleep, I end up either being knackered or actually falling asleep. I feel as though I’m never getting an evening anymore. She won’t have my partner - she will have both of us but I have to be with her so it’s not like me and my partner can share the evening load. I get a little annoyed with my partner knowing he’s relaxing in front of the television while I’m in the bedroom all evening staring at the ceiling in the dark. The evenings are the only opportunity for me to have some time to myself. Does anyone have any suggestions? Anything that helps?

Same here! And I've tried everything. I take her to bed at 7 or 7.30 and she falls asleep 9.30 or 10pm, its frustrating. I just know that routine helps sometimes and if shes playing a lot during the day or has a busy day, thats the only time she will fall asleep earlier. But by earlier I mean 8.30pm.
I can only sympathise with you, I have no energy left and im in my last month of second pregnancy too, insomnia is killing me😪
