Recently separated, early 30s mom of 2 toddlers. No drama there - we just function better as coparents to our kids. Hoping to meet a friend that might be in a similar position or can offer advice about divorce and coparenting and all the things that come with it…

Hi there! I'm Valeria, I'm 30 and have 2 children. I am engaged to my handsome guy who is in the air force. I am currently working full time but come July will transition to a SAHM. I love books, I'm an amazing texter (so if you're the same that would be perfect lol) I like when the conversation flows naturally. We could talk about anything and everything. I love going on walks on new trails, having coffee dates, spending time together with the kids as well as occasionally without. Having book clubs, doing diamond painting. Honestly I do a bit of everything to pass the time since my fiancee has been deployed since last year 😭 I'm very easy going, not judgemental whatsoever, love doing simple things like picnics, picking books at the library together, talk about conspiracies, you name it. Im thinking of leaving my babies dad but my mum says Im throwing a tantrum

I wanted to leave.
We argue all the time, but after he called me a peasant because he earns double then I do, Iv had it in my head I want to leave.
A bit of back ground. My son is 18months old and we all moved in our first home, and first time living together when he was 4 month old. We have been together 8 years but since the new born bubble popped and we got back to normality we have do nothing but argue. We share the house work but I do more of the parenting because he works 12 hour shifts days and nights but he does help on the weekend unless he is watching football and drink.
He tells me all the time he has nothing for himself and he lives a miserable life but I have nothing for myself my life consist of my son and working full time.
I spoke to my mum after we had a massive argument and I walked out the family home with my son but she just told me I was being silly and having a tantrums and sent me back to my home.
Now I’m doubting myself and struggling with the fact I will be breaking my family up just because I’m not happy!
Do you ladies have any advise for me ?

How would you feel

So my baby daddy paid for a cruise for 10 ppl but through his sister since she have an account, so the names he gave her was him, me and our 4 year old son and his mom his other sister and her and whom ever els was going. We also have a 1 year old he said we will leave with my mom and I’m currently pregnant and due April 23rd. As he was paying the money to his sister for the cruise I ask him what was the dates he said they didn’t have dates so I was like okay, his sister called back and gave him May 4th-9th so I said I’m bck out because my baby would only be like a week and some days old and ima still be healing so I ask him if it’s possible if we go in June at least I would have been had my six week check up and everything he said she said we can’t change the date so I’m heated because I really wanted to go and for him to leaving me with our 1 year old and a newborn is crazy and when he bring my 4 yr old bck I’m leaving him until he know the family he created is just as important as the one he come frm how do you guys feel about this situation?
