Why do people have more children if they can’t afford them?
It just seems as though the child suffers. I knew a few children who had multiple siblings in school that their parents clearly couldn’t pay for and just relied on benefits because they didn’t want to work. So unfair on the children.
Contraception can literally be free… There’s no excuse.

Sometimes contraception fails..
The simple answer literally is benefits in most cases, laziness, some parents are more bothered about getting more money from benefits than they are the health of their children. My partner and I both work full time, expecting out first baby in a few months, it's very frustrating seeing what other people qualify for while we get nothing, but I wouldn't have it the other way around. Everything we have we've worked hard for, and I'd rather have 1 happy healthy child than 6 just to get money from the government. They're just making it was too easy for people to do exactly that 🙄
Maybe people enjoy not working, maybe some people can’t work, maybe some people want more children bc of how being a parent makes them feel. Maybe people just need that extra support from benefits🤷🏼♀️
