Will I ever get my sleep back?🧐🤨😩

My nine-month-old daughter has never slept particularly well, but everyone keeps saying it will get better… when? That’s what I’m asking-when? I’m exhausted! How many times do your children wake up at night?🧐🤣💜

My baby will turn 9 month next week. When he is unwell he weak up around 2 up to 3 times. Now only 1 around 4:00-5:00 am.
Every baby is different , if your baby doesn’t sleep well at night , try putting her at bed bid later , maybe she is like Spanish people who has dinner around 10:00 pm 😅 (kidding ). Also maybe will help a bath or playing before bed. Often babies with lots of energy need more activity before bed .

Mine has never slept through the night either and he’s just turned 9 months old today, he still wakes every 3 hours, I miss sleep so much 😂
My first born slept through from quite early on, I think it just varies baby to baby and there unfortunately is no timescale on their sleep. I’ve heard stories off people that their kids didn’t sleep through until they were like 5! Fingers crossed we manage to get some sleep before 2031 🤞🏼🤣 x

Night time feeds taking over a hour

What am I doing wrong 😭 every time my girl wakes up it takes me about a hour to feed and get her back to sleep. I breast feed untill calm then nappy change, give half breast milk in a bottle , burp then rest of bottle then she falls asleep and then frantically moves and does a poo. Then I change nappy and she’s screaming..then I give breast to calm then hold her for 15-20 mins to settle before putting down then pump and before you know it it’s been 1-2 hrs and then half way due the next feed 😭😭 (happens like this or some variant of this)

since she was born husband first feeds while I pump but he’s back to work now and needs sleep as operates vehicle and is on a work site.

I sometimes just BF but when I do this she falls asleep too soon and sleep is far more broken for me. After 5/6AM I just BF and have her in bed with me

When to stop Co-sleep

My baby is currently 7weeks old and I don't know when to start training her to sleep on her own. I love sleeping with her and she sleeps so good with me or my husband but I know at some point she needs to be in her crib. When did you guys start putting your babies to sleep on their own and what tips do you have to help a clingy baby sleep alone?

Worried about husband's mental health

My husband has been giving me attitude/tone recently and I had a serious conversation with him tonight. He broke down and told me he's not happy and it's been hard for him to act normally because of this. He's not happy with life, feels very down, and just wants to "quit everything". Doesn't want to wake up in the mornings. I've done a lot of therapy over the years and am in a good spot mentally now, but I'm really worried for him. I encouraged him to find a therapist or talk to a doctor, and let him know I'm going to continue checking in to make sure he has a plan to get some help. He kept saying he feels like a burden and I tried to reassure him that he isn't.

I'm looking for any helpful tips or encouragement. I want to treat him with empathy and kindness, while also making sure he gets the help he needs because I don't think he's okay.
