Developing early vs autism?

Hi moms! Little one started getting up on their own at 5 months and at 6 months "walking" holding onto furniture. Please do not think this is bragging at all. Just genuinely wanted to know if this could be linked to autism? I have heard cases where they developed very early and then started declining after the first year.

That was me exactly, getting up on my own at 5 months (per my dad). I am not autistic and not neurodivergent in any way.

I’ve only ever heard of motor delays associated with autism. You can discuss with doctor but I’d say don’t worry about it until you really need to like when it’s impacting communication and social interaction and there’s a diagnosis.

Should they be banned for life and would you as a parent press charges?

This teacher slapped a primary school student and left a red mark, however she tried to say in her statement that it was an "involuntary arm movement" 😑 I call bullshit... How can you "accidentally" have your arm outstretched, "accidentally" have an open hand and "accidentally" come into contact with a child's cheek enough to leave a red mark? But in the same interview she states that "a challenging classroom situation contributed to the incident". I'm sorry but if teaching brings you to the point of assault then you shouldn't be a teacher 🤷🏼‍♀️ so my questions are:
Should it be a lifetime ban? And would you press charges as the parent?

husband keeps telling me to stop nursing

my daughter is 14 months and my husband has been trying to get me to quit nursing her since she was like 4 months old. it’s been taking a toll on me that he’s not being supportive, i feel like any normal partner would be happy and supportive of their wife breastfeeding their baby for this long and even planning for longer. but he’s been so terrible to me about it. he told me i just shouldn’t even nurse or next baby. why’s he so hateful about it?? he can’t even tell me what he doesn’t like about it, just says i’m going to be nursing her till she’s like 4.

Vulnerability Post

Hey mummas

Just a little vulnerability post …

Im starting to feel guilty … baby girl is 4 weeks and formula fed !

Long story short but constantly hearing Breast is best and people asking me if she BF is starting to get to me …

I cant BF for reasons such as anatomy so I express but finding the time to express consistently is hard that i’m not producing much

And now I feel like I’m the reason for my baby girls discomfort because she hardly gets Breast Milk …

I love this little girl but mentally I’m struggling with my inability to give her Breast Milk

Is this dangerous for a 2yr old?

Wanting to upgrade from cot, my son will be coming up to 2 1/2yrs when I upgrade his bed.

I need something with storage as the room is small.

Is this safe?

Awake but drowsy?!

Does anyone have the magic powers of being able to put their baby down in their cot to sleep whilst awake?
My baby will let me put him in his crib for his morning nap ~50% of the time and occasionally for other naps, but otherwise it's contact naps or naps in the pram or car.
