If you can't get interviews or an offer on your own right away you can get started by using a temp agency. They take a cut of what you'd make, but once you have some recent experience and references it's much easier to break back in on your own. It's also fairly likely one of the companies you work for might want to hire you directly after you've been there a while. I'm also terrible at interviews, so for me it helped to just get started. It seems daunting, but you'll do great. I think it helps to get a female boss. Good luck! 🍀
