Baby has gone from being head down to breech 🤔

Never had this with my last one. I had a growth scan 4 weeks ago and he’s been head down for the last few scans.

Today they’ve told me he’s breech all of a sudden. Is this normal? 😩

Not sure how far along you are? My baby was breech at 36 weeks and when I went to have an ECV a couple days later she had turned herself. For me there seems to be lots of room for her to somersault! Hoping she stays head down for the next couple weeks. Hope you baby turns too but there are things they can do to help.

Breech baby

Hello all I’m 36 weeks and have been told I have a breech baby. Has anyone managed to successfully get theirs turned around?
I have quite bad reflux too so hanging upside down is not ideal.
Any tips or experiences are welcomed thank you xx

Movement

Anyone experiencing really irregular/“unpatterned” movements? I am 23+5. Last week baby seemed so active everyday moving and thumping inside. The last couple of days the movement has seemed less - especially through the daytime - and also feels less intense (maybe just moved position or cushioned against something?). I have posterior placenta. Hard not to overthink/panic so wanted to know if anyone else experiencing the same! X

Leg cramps

Wake up every morning with cramp in my calf (sometimes both at the same time). Dr google says it’s a common symptom, but it’s become a daily thing now and it’s excruciating.

Any tips to reduce it happening?
