Hey y'all! My youngest is Very Two. I am always overstimulated and a lot of days we have way too much screen time and too many snacks, largely because that's the only way I can get things done while she's awake so I can actually have some quiet time to decompress while she's napping lol. I have strooooong suspicions that she's neurodivergent. Mostly nonverbal, very physical & sensory-seeking. She's not really interested in most of the toys we have, except her rocking croc, tricycle, and sit-and-spin. Everything else kinda hust gets chucked around. I'd love to get more toys/equipment geared towards the sensory-seeking, we just don't have the space in our current home. We spend as much time outside as we can; she's usually happily digging in the dirt with a stick or picking dandelions. But it's storm season, and I need some indoor activities! She likes to color, but only for very short periods (like, 2 minutes). I'm looking at building up some sensory bin activities, but they're definitely more of an outdoor activity for her; she's a big fan of dumping things out lol.
She's my second so I feel like I should have things figured out, but she's so wildly different from her sister it's like starting from scratch š
Thanks in advance for any ideas! ā¤ļø bonus points for tips on how to keep up with her energy better; I'm pretty low-energy lately so it's been a struggle š

My son really likes kinetic sand and playing with rice. I like to hide items in it and have them look for it makes weāre a fun game.,
But now keeping up with the energy of something that Iāve just now figured out do at home kickboxing or dancing workouts. They usually have very upbeat, music and toddlers love to copy so both you and baby will get a workout and then hopefully you and baby can both take a nap so you both get to decompress and breathe lol
