When did you start following wake windows or nap schedules? My 5 week old is doing better at night after implementing a night time routine with a bath but day time is still unpredictable in terms of naps and wake times. There is a lot of contact napping and on-demand/cluster feeding throughout the day.

If I remember correctly babies start having a day/night rhythm from about 12 weeks. We usually kept track of our sons sleep (and feeding in the first few months too) with an app (baby+) and when we saw recurring patterns we went from there :)

Probably from about 3/4 months we noticed more regularity and then from 6 months we were in a pretty set schedule, led by him x
