I’m 2months pp and want to get my strength and fitness back. I’ve been on a couple of runs on the weekend when my partner has baby, but does anyone have any advice for how I can workout in the week with a clingy baby? She contact naps in the day so I struggle to have more than 30mins to myself!

It's very hard when you have a clingy baby. I found some quick ones on you tube. I do a 10 min arm workout and a 10 min core.
