14 month tantrums everyone 2 mins anyone else?

My 14 month old is having tantrums over everything! And is constantly hitting in frustration. Is anyone else doing the same? Actually finding it unenjoyable being a mum at the moment and bed time is also awful always taking so long! Feel so guilty but just feeling like I need a break!

section date clash

My consultant today said that they’d book me in for an elective c-section for 38 weeks (I’m high risk due to a previous stillbirth) which is on the day we’re due to go to Center Parcs for the weekend 😅 I know you can’t plan these things BUT I wanted to know how flexible they can be with dates? Obviously if they strongly advise against it we’ll just move the booking to after the Baby’s born (we can’t do earlier), and she seemed open to it and told us not to change the booking just yet - I was just hoping for some nice, relaxing family time before baby arrives as I’ll obviously be anxious just before.

Overwhelmed

My baby is 7 months old and i just feel exhausted. I can't keep on top of housework, eating well and I feel like I'm generally just drowning.
Is this normal or does it ever get any easier? Feel a bit scared for the future as people say the first 6 months are when babies are the easiest 😬
Posting incognito as I just feel a bit embarrassed!

Should I push or not?

I had a growth scan 2 weeks ago (28+6) which showed normal velocity but baby girl was 13%. This scan was triggered by a low fundal height measurement.

I went back in today with RFM (ctg and checks were all normal), and I’d had some spotting on Saturday (post sex). My fundal height was 30cm and I’m 32 weeks tomorrow.

Consultant saw me and referred me for a scan which the ultrasound department have rejected. Should I push for a scan or is this enough reassurance?

VBAC prep?

Hi! I’m a 28 yo FTM, currently 8 months post partum, and am hoping to prep my body in hopes for having a VBAC in the future. I had a c section because my baby was breech upon getting admitted, and my contractions were too close together to attempt flipping. Any tips for anyone who prepped or had a successful VBAC? I’ve gained weight while nursing and just feel really out of shape. I want the best chances at having a successful VBAC! Thanks!

Weaning

Want to start weaning but I’m confused as I keep seeing things saying baby should be able to sit up on their own - mine definitely can’t sit on their own on the floor - he would flop to the side and needs hands to help hold him up. But he is ok in the high chair?

Those who have started weaning their baby with food already , can your baby sit on the floor on their own? Or no but you still have introduced foods?
