Stop worrying about being disrespectful and tell them not to. That's it. You have to be tough now because you're a mom. The exact words you use will depend on your personality but it's up to you to be a protective mother. It's not disrespectful to anyone to tell them you don't want anyone else touching your baby that day. You don't owe anyone an explanation as to why. Maybe you just watched a true crime show and aren't feeling it. I tried baby wearing too (not for this reason) and it was way too hot and uncomfortable, even at a healthy weight, and frankly silly in most contexts. You can make up whatever lies you want to, like them being sick or something, but this is practice for all the battles you will have to fight for them. Best wishes ❤️💪🏻

Refuse to hand them over. I’ve never had this but I’ve always made it clear the baby is mine and won’t be passed around like pass the parcel x

Numbness

Hi pretty mommas, I had an emergency C section 5 weeks ago. My belly is bit numb in some areas and can’t feel anything. Did anyone else experience this? Because I am concerned now. Xx

FTM in need of advice

Hello ladies, I’m 27w5d today and yesterday I noticed less/ softer movement than usual. Just for my own record, I had been documenting his movements pretty consistently but then I stopped for a few days. I’ve started documenting his movements consistently again today and it still feels a bit less/ softer than what it’s often been in the past. I have a posterior placenta so usually I can feel him roll or kick fairly well and often. I’m not sure if he’s just in a different position than usual or if it’s just first time jitters getting to me or if there’s actually reason to be concerned.

Please share any thoughts or suggestions. ❤️

Waters?

I’d just been for a wee and I felt a click type of feeling my knickers were wet. Put a pad in and they are a little wet I keep feeling like I’m trickling but questioning myself 100%

First birthdays

What did you all do for your babies first birthday? My boy will be 1 in November and I’ll be back at work full time and it’ll be chaos. (Operations management wooo hahah) it’s gonna be chaos trying to set new routines and all that so I kinda wanna get some ideas in my head so I don’t panic around that time!
