First IVF appointment
I had a referral from my GP, and I choose the clinic (only 1 option listed).
As the website said to be seen might take 19 weeks, so I sent a message to them and requested an ASAP appointment. The automated message from them was that if they dont contact me by August, give them a call.
They didnt send me any text or email confirmation about the appointment they gave me in July?
If I didnt sign in on the app I would have missed it.
Is this normal that they forgot to nofity people about their appointment?
What do I expect on the first appointment? Questions to ask.
Is it only me or my partner as well who needs to attend?

It's good to bring your partner along. A large percentage of cases end up being due to male factor infertility or mixed infertility, both partners.
