I've always been told just give them developmental appropriate versions of anything you have, just make yourself something and blend some of it for baby

Can we just "make time"?

Here's our situation. I'm on maternity leave, with a baby, and a toddler (who goes to nursery part time). I'm managing to work out 4-5 times a week, from 6 to 7am (often baby wakes up sometime in that window so I'll put him down with some toys for a little while).
My partner works lots of weekends in preparation for a month-long trip he'll do by himself. In addition to this, sometimes he comes home late in the evening because he's also doing an online training course which he does at his office after work.
This morning he told me that I should do a training course too. I said "When?!".
And he said that "It's all about willpower" and "It's just like my workout, I didn't have the time so I made up that time". Which I find irritating...but does he have a point?
Has anyone been able to finish online training while on mat leave?
Or is that ridiculous because he's literally away all the time?!
(I'm not looking for validation by the way, it struck me as ridiculous but happy to be proven wrong!)

Leaving baby to cry

My baby is nearly 3 months old and my partner is having a go at me because I always comfort my baby when he is crying and dont like to leave him to cry it out at this young age? Am I wrong for this or right?

Nursery drop offs

My 1 year old has been going to nursery for nearly 4 weeks and the drop off’s are getting worse not better. He screams, crys and clings onto me so neither myself or a nursery worker can hand him over. As soon as we walk up to the door he realises and cries before I’ve even rung the bell for someone to come out. I’ve never seen him so distressed until now😭 His anxiety is so bad he now cries through his baby groups he’s been happily going too for. Once he is in he is settled but the drops off are awful for the both of us. months. I know it’ll take time but surely there’d be even a slight improvement by a month? I don’t know what to do if this continues as it feels so wrong leaving him in such a bad state

am i crazy or???

Mind you, 41 days Postpartum.
My birthday is end of july. My husband wants to take me out for an overnight at a casino 30 minutes from home.
that’s not my issue.
my issue is that he asked his mom to watch our baby while we go and this was the 1st i heard of even a bday trip AND her potentially baby sitting.
(setting the scene)
1. we live with my mom and her husband.
2. i’ve only met his mom 4 times.
3. we never talked about who will watch her.
he thinks i’m upset because he asked his mom.
his mom is the 2nd issue, my 1st issue is that we didn’t talk about where MY baby will go during this overnight….
like am i crazyyyyy or ???
