My son is the exact same. This is gonna sound horrible but we starve him for a day and he literally eats fruits and vegetables + meat/chicken (which he hates but has to be done)
He also won’t say words but when we play I try and force it out of him like I show him a toy and tell him the name of it. Then when he wants to grab it I ask him what the name of it is and he tries to say the word.
Does she understand what you’re saying? Because she can just not want to talk but deffo understand commands and stuff

Hi momma! I suggest chicken nuggets if they’re available to you. There’s also vegetable and vegan options as well (in the shape of chicken nuggets if that helps) and I heard they almost can’t tell the difference. Also maybe try juicing if you can! My son is picky also and doesn’t care for vegetables at all, so I started making juice for him at home. This is a fun way to incorporate fruits and vegetables in their diet without them noticing the veggies too much. I hope this helps! ❤️ I know how stressful this can be.

Just keep offering different items! They will eat usually if they are hungry. Cut out snacks that usually helps.

Yeah this is a common phase. They don't need as many calories rn. Cut snacks and just keep offering meals. As others said, when and hungry she'll eat. We went through a serious smoothie phase so I could add flavorless protein and some veggies to the sweet fruit. Give it a try?
Edit to add: try a snack tray and leave it out. Carrots or tomatoes or cheese or fruit. Let her pick
