Have you checked online they usually put the manual on there I had to do that for my buggy

If its removable its usually two little buttons or clips, I suggest having a look on YouTube

Most buggies you can unzip to adjust it for shade

I don’t think you can, you can unzip for airflow but I think it’s essentially there to make sure baby has some cover at all times x

If it is removable, it will have a zip or poppers along the handle x

Baby has a cold

I have a toddler and thought I would have until September before the nursery illnesses returned but nope baby is two weeks and has a cold is there anything I can do to help her? She is breast fed, sounds sniffly when feeding and is coughing / gagging. She is struggling to sleep as seems in discomfort, she seemed okay today but like everything seems worse tonight. She is feeding plenty, lots of wet nappies

Nappies

UK people!

Since day one we’ve used Pampers nappies for my little girl. We tried mamia (Aldi own brand) but found they didn’t have as much padding and didn’t like the fit of them…

Has anyone found any other brand of nappy that is just as good as pampers (fit, padding, absorbency ect ect)?? My lo has quite chunky legs so need to be quite stretchy as the mamia ones seemed too tight round her legs, even with sizing up! Just trying to find if there’s any other brands to try!

Thanks!

Sleep Training

My 7 week old will not sleep unless he’s held…not a problem at night but can be a bit difficult during the day because it’s sometimes hard to get things done. It’s also affecting his naps because I’m sometimes unable to hold him for a full nap and he’ll stay awake for hours during the day. Any tips on how to gradually get him to sleep independently? I use a baby carrier from time to time but it’s not always convenient

Sex after birth

How long do you personally wait until intimate again? C-section and regular delivery. They say to wait 6 weeks but I find that difficult 😣 does anyone seriously wait that long?

Hope any mother can relate

My baby girl is 3 months. This is me and my husband's first baby. He recently went back to work and likes to stay in touch on his breaks and lunch as he works 12 hour days. I love that he wants to check in but he calls at the worst possible times. Coincidently it's when the baby just fell asleep or she's being fussy. Today I had just put her down for a nap and he called and she woke up right away 🫠 she was up from 6pm-midnight. She was fighting her sleep since she missed a nap and now was running on what I am assuming high cortisol levels. I been reading online if they go past about 1.5hrs without a nap they can't go down for a nap or it's harder cause they're over tired. I been telling this to my husband and it's like he doesn't understand it or maybe doesn't care. He tried helping me put her down but she kept waking up and he had to be up early so he went to bed after a while. I showered my baby to try and help her relax but she was still crying. I set the room dim and put white noise still crying. Tried feeding a little more maybe she was hungry still but she kept crying. I finally gave in and turned on a movie cause I was like ima just see if she will watch tv at this point I didn't know what to do. Anyways as soon as I put a movie on she fell asleep 😂 Is there any other moms that have babies who miss a nap and stay up for hours without being able to help them go down for a nap? I feel so alone on this as I asked my sister and she said she never experienced her babies staying up for so long without napping.
