I have a baby that I take care of all by myself. I do have a partner, but at times all he will mainly do is just watch her. I'm the only one who actually you know takes care of her and sometimes it gets to me. And I have talked to him about it like a couple times, I'm like I need help. We both need to do things but in the end it ends with me taking care of her by myself like usual at this point I just accepted it it doesn't matter anymore but I'm just like to the point where I'm just done. Sometimes I just feel like crying, and I don't drink but I want to just drink. I just want to freaking like I don't know feel better but right now I'm just upset and stressed. I want to go outside and do things but I don't have my driver's license or permit because I'm lazy and can't do anything so I rely on my partner for that a lot. My baby is on oxygen and that is one of my main stressers. I feel like I'm not able to help her in that way like I just want someone to do it for me basically I want her off oxygen I want to be able to you know just not worry about it but I do all the time and I hate it. She spits up all the time to the point she can't breathe and that scares me so bad that I want to put her back in the NICU. because I'm scared. But I also just want her with me at all times too, so I feel bad for thinking that way. I'm struggling right now and I don't know how to get help.

Girl me too, but the spitting up maybe talk to a SPEECH coach. They help with latch, position, all that which helped my LO with her spitting up plus they put her on baby pepcid

Babies are hard. Most men don't know what to do and postpadum is likely setting in! You likely need to speak to a Dr about it.

How old is your baby?
You should start with maybe a doctor’s visit, then a therapist. You may be experiencing postpartum.
She's 7 weeks old
