I am really struggling with what meals to give my 12 month old every day.
I try to make sure he has iron rich food every day but seem to just end up getting stuck in the same cycle of giving him the same stuff pretty much.
Can you guys tell me what your weekly meals look like particularly dinner time please?
Breakfast is quite easy, it’s just the cooking and planning for dinner that I’m getting really overwhelmed with.
Thank you

We usually give her whatever we're eating. Roast chicken, steaks, roast lamb, pork, salmon with potatoes and sweet potatoes, butternut squash (mashed, roasted), carrots, leeks, asparagus, broccoli, peas, pasta, rice. Just whatever we're eating really

We try to give him whatever we're having. Yesterday was carbonara, we just chopped everything up a bit smaller and added some mushrooms so he tried different stuff. We had a cookie afterwards and gave him some of that too! Today we're having fish so he'll have some of that, too. We also offer sticks of cucumber, carrot etc and some fruit.. makes it so much easier now he can have what we're having!

I also have a 3yr old, so try and adapt every meal we have so baby can have it too. This week he’s had -
Tuna pasta with peas & sweetcorn
Steak, sweet potato wedges & broccoli
Spaghetti bolognese
Roast chicken, roasted new potatoes & mixed veg
Chilli con carne with rice (carrots and green beans on the side)
