I’ve been going Gym for the last 4 to 5 weeks and I’ve noticed the change of my milk supply. I’m drinking plenty of water and I’m eating foods but less I’m taking the food I’m eating because I’ve changed my diet. Yeah she’s still drinking which is good, but I feel like I’ve been giving her more formula than breastmilk, which I don’t want.

How old is LO? It can take up to 6 months for your milk supply to stabilise, from what I’ve read up. Until then I wouldn’t recommend trying to eat less than usual. I put on a lot of weight during my pregnancy (from 63kg to 112kg) and was very un happy with myself. I’m about 21 months postpartum and 35kg down. I didn’t lose any weight at all for the first 8 months. You’re body has been through a lot, carrying a child, bringing it into this world, and now sustaining it with milk, be kind to your body and take things slow ❤️ Losing weight doesn’t automatically mean losing milk, you just need to go slow and steady ❤️

Looks like your baby is still very young according to your profile so it's normal for your milk supply to still be changing. In order to make more milk you need to remove more milk. So latch her more often or pump more often

If you’re cutting calories it can affect your milk supply especially while baby is so little x

I waited until 6 months to start a calorie deficit and then prioritised high protein high fibre and good healthy fats and my supply was absolutely fine
