I understand, completely. I had a traumatic and painful c-section. Like during the operation, I felt pain. The anesthesiologist didn't deaden me enough. I'm also uncertain about a second, but I want one so bad! I don't want to be one and done, but I'm also scared. I just take it one day at a time and reassure myself that when the time is right, I'll make the correct decision. For now, I'm just going to enjoy my little one. We've, her and I, been thru so much to get her here 🥰

I also relate. I had a low risk delivery and pregnancy but 2 hours after my baby was born I had hemorrhaging and they performed an emergency D&C without proper anesthesia. The pain from being scraped out made me ween in and out of consciousness. I left with painful chills for hours and a JADA device to suction out my cervix. I get the same chills at night even now and struggle with it. I thought I was going to die.
But one look at my little girl and it all feels okay. I’m taking it one day at a time and have reached out to a therapist to process everything that happened.

It sounds weird but play some tetris. It's proven to help with trauma. I'm sorry you're struggling. ❤️🩹
