Hiya, I want to request working flexible hours and part time work but I don't really have an idea on how to spread them or hours to do, basically I don't know what to request 🤣
For those working flexi or part time how are you doing? Please give me ideas!

I only worked part time anyway, but changed my hours to do one long day and finish earlier the others.
Some people reduce their hours entirely, some people ask for compressed hours ie working longer mon-Thurs and having Friday off. Depends on your current schedule and what you want as to what’s possible to ask for.
I was working full time 39 hours, mon-fri. I reduced by 7 hours and took Monday off. I now work 32 hours over 4 days and I love it!
