I'm not in love with my baby's dad

So, I have an interesting predicament.
I'm not feeling how I use to with my babys dad. Our baby has DS and my bf works 4-6 days a week swingshift, 12 hour days. I'm a SAHM.

We rarely go out together, when we do its at a comedy club for people he mostly likes. The last time we went, the opener asked who has old family members. Like 2 people replied, I noticed he wasnt getting much interaction so I shouted an answer out. My partner turned, asked why I'm yelling and, me with my PPD, PPA, and PPR (postpartum depression, anxiety, and rage) along with being ADHD and bipolar, i got really emotional. I got up and left.

Its like anytime I'm in a good mood for multiple consecutive days, he questions it. Not like "I'm happy you're in a good mood" but "you're being really talkative and its bothering me." So I've mostly stopped trying to talk to him unless its related to the house or our son.

We've been together since 2022.
I dont know if i should get a secret part job, ask his parents to watch baby boy, put the money aside from an apartment and just leave one day before texting him I cant be in a relationship or fvcking what. But I'm at a loss.

I suggested couples therapy, he thought just us talking would be all we needed. I've told him my issues and he'll get better for a few days and go back into it.

Am I just being too sensitive? There's so much more but I feel its already so long.

Have you made suggestions of places you’d like to go on dates. Sounds like you’re very lonely and it’s hard because at the same time I’m sure he’d love to work less but he’s providing for y’all which is also probably putting him on edge as well with those long hours. Not saying your feelings are not valid just giving you a different perspective hon. Perhaps join a moms group in the mean time at your local church or find a FB group that meets up regularly just a suggestion. It’s simple to say the grass is greener on the other side but the truth is that it’s greener where you decide to water it!

He sounds like me x. Sick of listening to me talk...like what the F is that.? So disrespectful. Sounds like a one sided relationship for sure. He should listen and care and you should go places you want to go as well! He also shouldn't be embarrassing you in front of his friends! The whole thing isn't healthy ...

Oversupply?

I’m 2 weeks postpartum and I have 35 bags of 7ozs breast milk frozen plus around 15ozs in the fridge and baby is still on the boob with bottles would this be classed as an oversupply?

How do I manage this with clogged ducts? I luckily haven’t had any yet and I only pump 3-4 times a day depending on my comfort level I just don’t want to overdo my body

When does the sleep get better

My LO is 7 weeks tomorrow and his sleep has not been great lately. Firstly it takes me absolutely ages and at least 2 failed transfers to get him to sleep at night. He needs to sleep with boob which I always give. We are currently co sleeping but even that’s not helping. The moment I leave the bed he wakes up. Also he is SO fidgety during his sleep, always moving around. I understand sometimes after a feed he might want to burp but when I try to burp him sometimes nothing comes out! Is this a phase? Will it get better after 8 weeks.
Please send help, advice, anything!

Day/night confusion and feeding schedule at 3 weeks old

My little girl is 3 weeks old and already one 6 feeds per 24 hours (bottle fed) (drinking c700ml per 24 hours) with good nappy output and she’s very content generally. I have observed though that in the last week or so she’s been very hard to wake up during the day and wakes up on her own during the night every 3 hour or so, when she used to do longer stretches before. Both the midwife and the responsive feeding team have said that because she’s putting on weight nicely + content + good nappy output, we don’t need to wake her up during the night anymore and just take her lead. It does seem like she’s confusing day and night and I would like to readjust that so that her longer sleep stretches are back to being at night.

Any idea on how frequently we should feed her during the day to help promote longer sleep stretches during the night?

She’s on day 6 of her first set (of probably 7 or 8) of casts to treat her Talipes feet, not sure if the weight of the casts/inability to move her legs wake her up at night… We keep her legs elevated to help avoid toe swelling.
