Any advice for the first night home with a newborn? She didn’t cry at all in the hospital and now we’re home she won’t stop lol, I know this is normal but I am exhausted
Any tips?

Its normal. She needs to settle, and that may take a few days. No tips, sorry 😅 Im sure you're already doing all the things to soothe her, and calm and dim environment will help with the monumental change from being inside you to outside. Good luck!

Find a good series to watch and lean into it! Enjoy the cuddles. I know it’s hard when you are in it, just wanting sleep but it won’t last for long! If you have someone to help, try to take shifts.

If you have a partner or someone staying with you then work in shifts to start with so you can both get sleep.
Also as others have said. Find a good series to binge watch (even an old favourite) it helps balance out the day. Everything is also a phase and it shall pass x

It’s normal to feel exhausted and not know where to start you’ve been through a lot but you’ve got this! All babies are different and in time you’ll find the best and quickest ways to sooth! As some people said dark environments with maybe a sound machine or any music you maybe listened too when pregnant! Tbf any background noise with skin to skin can help.
Also for feeds I found the cow & gate ready made with the sterilised teat so helpful for Those 2/4am feeds where they won’t wait for milk. The quicker they go down the easier you should feel!
Good luck x
