Has anyone else’s baby daddy said this or just mine? LO is 20 months btw and he won’t talk to anyone about it friends or professional! Already tried.. what do I do about this?

He came to you and told you which is a good first step. Remind him that finding parenting hard does not mean he is a bad person and thank him fir that raw honesty. Don't get angry or judge him bc I'm sure he is just going through the same motions we as women go through.
Your next step is to just try to ask hi what exact parts of it or routines feel the most overwhelming. I remember the 20 month phase is where it gets particularly wild bc baby really starts in the "I do what I want" phase.
Most men find it hard bc their lives change to evolve around baby and wife and all their alone time feels taken away. You both need to make sure you have a safe place to drop that baby off and enjoy each other as well as alone time! That is the most important to enjoying parenting.
