5:30am wake up!!

My little girl has just turned one and no matter how long she naps/what time she goes to bed she wakes up at any point between 4:30-5:30am wide awake and it takes a good hour to try and resettle her, or I give up and have to get up. Anyone else in the same boat or been through this?!

We were the same at about 11 to 13 months. 5-5:30 wake ups were happening each day by the clock. We tried everything and eventually we gave up resettling him each morning. We accepted the early mornings and slowly it just stopped. We are now at 6:30ish wake ups which is still early but manageable.

Mine is 18 months and has pretty much always been like this since his circadian rhythm kicked in 😥 cant do anything to change it, have tried changing nap routines, bedtimes, blackout blinds, making sure he's full before bed, nappy changes during night... everyyyything 🥲

Has anyone experienced this? 😭

My baby is 2 months old and has been exclusively breastfed since birth. I went to Boots for emergency contraception, told the pharmacist I was breastfeeding, and was given ellaOne.
After taking it, I read the leaflet and saw the breastfeeding warning. I called 111 and a clinician advised me to stop breastfeeding and give formula for 8 days.
I’m honestly heartbroken 😭 I’m worried about introducing formula and whether I’ll be able to get my baby back to breastfeeding afterwards.
Has anyone had to do this before? Did you successfully return to breastfeeding? ❤️

Sleep Overs

I can’t be the only one who feels this way - I keep getting pressured by grandparents for my 6 1/2 month old to stay the night with them. She’s still an infant? Theres no reason she needs to stay the night away from us? But they keep making me feel so guilty we say no

Abortion struggling

I think I know what’s best but it’s hurting me so much my partner is horrible every time I’m happy he crushes it makes me feel bad, I asked him do you think we could give our nearly 2 year old a sibling he agreed now I’m 9+6 weeks the whole time he makes snide remarks if I’m throwing up he will say is it the baby in a sarcastic way like I’m being dramatic? If I’m tired he will say to our daughter leave mummy she’s so tired working to hard today in a sarcastic way this is 10/20 comments a day or a look at me like rolling his eyes etc I’m sick of it, me and my daughter have been on 2 family holidays and I have just booked a third to Disney land before baby comes and as a Christmas present to her his eyes went black when I told him he straight away said your not going neither is our daughter because he’s jealous he Carnt come waiting on the visa to come back but how selfish?, I stay home he works he wouldn’t let me work than criticises me for it I have no choice now I stay home with our daughter, the other day got real bad the digs were to much I snapped at him he told me to get out pulled me by my hair pushed me and pushed my face into the sofa I went into the other room, this is my life day in day out with him what did I do to deserve this I will go to my mums house and he says their all dirty smoke drugs etc it’s my sisters bf that does their old enough and it’s not his business he’s always going in on my family I don’t know why my family have been nothing but nice to him it’s not dirty either 3 adults live their and 2 kids than when the rest of siblings turn up I can understand it gets messy, but it’s normal his culture is women cooking and cleaning I have lacked in this at the minute I’m exhausted from him the baby looking after our daughter I’m just done I Carnt stand the smell of cooking so I make sure daughter is fed and I’m done, I think I need this abortion I Can’t bring another child into this I don’t work I plan on leaving him when I can and I won’t be able to afford another baby not yet, please advice or anything on this situation I’m so lonely in all of this no one knows

I need advice please!!!

I’m a first time mom. My babygirl is two almost three weeks old. Since she’s been born she’s always had tummy aches after eating. She does breastfeeding and formula at night. The past three or four days she spends 80% of the day screaming when she’s awake. She will act like she’s hungry even after just finishing. But she also will spit up or throw up after every single feeding and struggles to burp. Today I have tried everything to calm her down and nothing has worked. I tried gas drops, diaper changes, tummy massage, working her legs, burping her, skin to skin, rocking, setting her in her swing, even taking her outside. Nothing helped. Right now she finally fell asleep in the car (with me in it and it on) just parked in front of our house. She screams like she’s in pain and I don’t know what to do anymore 😔

Travelling abroad with 4 month old…

I am a FTM thinking about booking a little holiday with my 3 month old (will be 4 months when travelling), by plane. I am trying to look for the best travel stroller that would suit him at that age and also be compact enough to be able to bring to the airport/plane. Any suggestions would be appreciated 🙏🏼
