Im due end of September and im worried I wont have a good enough supply! Ive seen the hot tea mama milk supply tea and hot chocolate. Do you start drinking thay before hand?
Are there any ways to try before baby is here to make sure I have a good supply?

Why do you think you won’t? Your supply comes in after your hormones shift following the birth of baby, it will gradually increase so in the first few days baby mostly gets only colostrum anyway which is sufficient.

when i gave birth i didn’t have a milk supply barely produced colostrum. You don’t have to start out with a milk supply at all, as long as u pump and try to put the baby to your breast your body will get the signal to start producing milk. even if you have to start the baby on formula until your milk come in put baby to breast and keep pumping every 2-3hrs

I don’t believe there is anything you can do prior to giving birth though. Once baby is here your body will make milk based on how often baby drinks or the milk is expressed. So best to breastfeed on demand, and have baby latch with saliva making contact with your nipple even if you need to bottle feed.

Honestly, any products marketed at improving breastfeeding like that are just companies taking advantage of anxious mums to be for their own profits.
The most amazing fact I learnt when I breastfed was that the baby's saliva sends messages to your body! It's encoded with everything your body needs to know like how dehydrated the baby is (how watery the milk needs to be), any antibodies they need to fight infection, how many calories they need. It's actually incredible and your body will respond accordingly!
That said, if there are other issues at play when baby is born such as difficulty latching, tongue tie etc. speak to the national breastfeeding helpline for support as they have an incredible team. You'll only be able to troubleshoot as issues arise though (and likelihood is none or very few will). Best of luck, your baby will be lucky to have such a caring mum ☺️

if you're nervous, by far the best thing you can do is pump consistently after baby arrives, the rest may or may not even make a difference and it's not something to worry about now. pump every few hours to reflect the demand increase and your supply will respond and regulate in time. honestly beforehand is not worth worrying about as there's nothing you can do yet so try to just relax for now, maybe get a pump you know you're comfortable with or watch some how to videos so you feel confident once baby arrives, otherwise go easy on yourself
