Everyone says not to but I’ve nursed my daughter to sleep the whole time and she’s 7 months old. Now after she falls asleep, the tiniest movement will wake her up and she’s upset because she knows the crib is next. Within a matter of days we’ve gone from 20-30 min to get her to bed to a couple hours of failing multiple times and she gets so anxious she can’t settle again. I’m devastated at how upsetting this is for her. My husband said I’m numero uno to her and she’s having separation anxiety. My heart is breaking. Idk what to do from here. She’s sleeping on me now because she needs another hour at least. Open to advice (except CIO would kill me). Anyone in a similar boat?

She's probably becoming more aware of being left. My son went through the same thing and we tried putting him in his own room but spending hours putting him down, then multiple night wakings, it wasn't working. We ended up just having him in bed with us and he started to sleep a lot better. He was much less upset about going to bed and less upset when he did wake. He eventually would just say mama when he woke and have a cuddle or a feed. He now sleeps through since he was about 2.5 but we still sleep with him. Cosleeping isn't for everyone but it has worked for us.

There is a sleep regression at 8 months so could be that.
I'd also look at the timings of sleep for the whole day. May be ready for a timing adjustment or less daytime sleep.
