Between my baby boy being way more active at night time when I'm trying to sleep and the pelvic girdle pain, I'm finding it so difficult to get to sleep and then stay asleep as I am up constantly throughout the night to go to the toilet. I'm 30 weeks and 3 days, nobody told me about this awkward and uncomfortable stage. As I write this, I'm experiencing the weirdest feeling of exhaustion and total awake, if that even makes sense? This is a struggle I wasn't expecting. I hate to sound like I'm complaining because I literally cannot wait to meet our little boy but I need to get a decent night's sleep. Help please, anything I can try to do? I'm also already on mat leave (thank God)

Tylenol pm. It works wonders. Also for pelvic pain try sleeping with a pillow between your legs. Maybe even pregnancy pillow.
My little one has started touching his downstairs every-time I change his nappy š he pulls it. Anyone else experiencing this?

Can anyone recommend a really good absorbent nappy? My little one is 7m old and is a belly sleeper, Iām having to change his pyjamas and bedding every morning as he is totally saturated!
I initially used Asda little angels nappies but switched to pampers baby dry recently to see if they were any better, he is still leaking with those too. I have also tried adding a nappy liner into the front over night for extra protection but he is still wetting through.
Just for reference he is a big boy and in size 6/7 nappies he weighs over 30lb š· I struggle to get nappies to fit around his belly, he has a bigger than average belly as well.
All of the ānight time nappiesā in the shops are for older babies/ toddlers and are pull ups, but as I said my boy is big.. should I try these??
TIA from my laundry basket lmao xox
Edit: have weighed him and he is 26lb š¤£š¤¦š¼āāļø

Weird question but I donāt know if anyone else has this happening to them, but I noticed when I get ready to breast-feed my son Iāll squeeze my nipples and thereās milk coming out of the Ariola thatās around it has anyone else had that happen?

Has anyone been away from their baby for a few days yet? Iām still breastfeeding and have started solids but have a short trip booked at start of October and feel so anxious about it. This is my third baby and I know sheāll be fine with her Dad but we feed through the night still and Iām just not really sure how to manage that change. I also donāt want it to put an end to breastfeeding for once Iām back either. My plan is to pump while Iām away to keep supply up. Any advice appreciated š©·

Any and all tips welcome.
My child hates bedtime. We have a routine and every night it takes over an hour to put her to sleep.
Iāve stopped rocking her (sheās heavy and I canāt make it work for longer than 15 minutes) so now Iām singing the same song over and over again and rubbing her back. Admittedly, itās frustrating and I dread it every night. We tried sleep training and she threw up all over herself and cried so hard. It broke my heart and since then we have been laying her in bed, singing softly, and rubbing her back. I would love any tips on how to help her sleep independently without crying it out!
Thank you š
