Vitamins for 11 month old

Is anyone able to advise on some reputable vitamins I can give my almost 12 month old baby?

She has under 500ml of formula a day now, so I need to provide her with vitamins but I can't see much online about which ones are recommended?

Any suggestions would be great!

Need honest advice about baby daddy help!

I would switch places with him in a heartbeat. He gets to work from home and be with the baby, while I work full-time in the office. I only had one month of maternity leave and was able to work from home for an additional month, but by two months old, I had to return to the office and leave our daughter with her dad and in-laws.
Now she’s almost five months old, and he complains frequently about how difficult it is. His mom is often there to help, but she struggles with the baby too. He seems increasingly frustrated, and I’m worried it’s going to affect his mental health or our relationship.

Would it be better to just put her in daycare? I really don’t want to because I’m worried about her getting sick, and I have a hard time trusting other people with her because I love her so much. But am I being selfish by refusing daycare when it seems like he’s struggling to handle everything?

What would you do?

Dumped 2 months PP

Boyfriend broke up with me & left.. claiming he isn’t in love with me anymore but still loves me? I just gave birth two months ago. Idk how to navigate this and I’m so terrified of doing this alone and I obviously have no income.. he claims he’ll take care of us but that sounds too good to be true. Looking for advice and some positive affirmation here. Our relationship was so beautiful and then he completely flipped a switch & says he isn’t cheating. I’m so devastated

has a child around my age and who is around my age so we’re going through the same kind of life stages!
i’ve always wanted that one genuine best friend, where we’re like each others favourite friend, where i don’t have to second guess if they’re closest friend is me.
and one where we’re basically joint at the hip 😅😅
i’ve always somehow been the second choice and backup friend lol
