Medication

I've had to go back onto my citalopram as I wasn't coping very well. They have started me on 10mg but I have so much guilt for 1. Been mentally unwell to those around me and the thoughts I've had. 2. Been unable to cope mentally. 3. The risk regardless how small.

All I keep thinking about is the worst. I need back stories or reassurance.

Tia.

I think it’s so important to take care of your own wellbeing, for you and baby. Sorry you’re feeling so much guilt, you shouldn’t be. I am in quite a similar boat feel free to message me if you like. Hopefully the medication will do its thing and help you get to a more positive place again.

You have to keep yourself well in order to be well for others.we have been brought up to feel guilty for putting ourselves first and that is wrong. You’ve done the right thing to get support.

I’ve been on my adhd meds and 40mg sertraline all throughout my pregnancy (35 weeks) because the emotional toll it was taking on me was doing more damage.
There is risk even when you leave your house in the morning, when you are in a car etc.

I’m proud of you friend x

Is there something I can give my 2 month old for constipation? 🤔

My baby girl is 2 months old, and she recently went through a formula change, she was going regularly, and then all of a sudden she has stopped being regular... its also presenting itself as diarrhea, is that normal??

Soo, what are we doing with our babies?

Morning everyone! Just wondering what a typical day looks like for you? How often is your baby on a play mat or in a bouncer etc?

I'm not really sure what my wake windows should look like and how long she should spend in my arms or on her play mat etc Per wake window / day.

When did you stop using onesies?

My seven month old is wearing 12 to 18 months clothes and I’m struggling to find onesies or zipper pajamas this sizs. should I just go ahead and start using pants shorts and regular shirts and then for pajamas maybe also just pants and shirt instead of zipper
He sleeps through the night, so no diaper changes

Contact naps

At what age do contact naps become less regular? Don’t get me wrong, I love how serene he looks and love that he feels safest with me and 75% of the time it’s actually nice to just sit down with him and enjoy the moment. However, there are some days where I just feel a little drained from the constant-ness of it and I feel like I’m trying to get things done/look after my needs in his wake windows when he’s happy to go in his chair and watch me but then feel terrible for the lack of interaction with him where he’s my sole focus and tummy time, etc.
