I’m supposed to receive £174 a month in child maintenance but he only pays £100 max each month. Would you change to collect and pay and chase arrears or leave it? He says his child doesn’t need £174 a month and that id basically spend it on myself 🙄

Just to add, I’m also pregnant with his second child that’s due in a couple of weeks and had no emotional or financial support for the costs of baby items either so feel abit of a mug!
Chase it. I guarantee he'd try and play it off as you still only need £100 a month "because you've got everything already" or some bs along those lines
I would say not worth the hassle as you’ll get billed for the court etc as such as it will come out of the money he will be owing you so you won’t necessarily get anymore this is what happened to my friend

Sex - Drama and Relationship
My partner if he does not have sex for like 3 days becomes really nasty. We havnt had sex in 2 weeks because of the school holidays and camping trip. He has become so vile. Hes critical, threatening to kick me out because i wont resolve (his word fr sex), telling me i am a joke and he is going to find sex elsewhere and all sorts of shit. He is aggressive and mean and turns into hulk.
I have no emotional connection with him and when i told him that he turned it around stating what about his needs for sex. He then went on to say he aint doing shit for me.
I am also 20 weeks pregnant with our second and startinf to feel very uncomfortable in my own body.
Im scared to just walk out because im pregnant but i cant put up with the nasty things he says just because he isnt getting sex.
At the end of the camping trip he even disowned his eldest daugther and she landed up leaving at 8pm at night. (She is 13).
I just feel so stuck and lost.

Surviving in this economy
How r we all coping in this economy, when I first had my little girl we worked out that me working 3 days a week and husband full time would be enough for us to cover everything and have a little left over for any unexpected bills and to actually have the odd day out as a family.
Fast forward a year and a half and our bills have consistently gone up to a point we have nothing left so any unexpected bills have to go on the credit card 😭
I can’t work any extra days as we have no family to rely on and if I put her in nursery full time I wouldn’t be earning any extra with the fees 😭
she goes 2 full days which we get funded hours, This economy is killing us we both earn reasonable money and have cancelled every single thing that’s not a necessity 😭😭 we have a mortgage so unfortunately not entitled to any benefit help either 😭😭😭😭

I’m really like swarmed between the babies, school and just daily task everything already feels like routine I need fun loll
I’m literally the funniest fun girl you’ll ever meet I’m just never outside long enough 😂 so I don’t make friends easily I’m also hoping school will put me in the environment to make long lasting meaningful friendships
