How r we all coping in this economy, when I first had my little girl we worked out that me working 3 days a week and husband full time would be enough for us to cover everything and have a little left over for any unexpected bills and to actually have the odd day out as a family.
Fast forward a year and a half and our bills have consistently gone up to a point we have nothing left so any unexpected bills have to go on the credit card ðŸ˜
I can’t work any extra days as we have no family to rely on and if I put her in nursery full time I wouldn’t be earning any extra with the fees ðŸ˜
she goes 2 full days which we get funded hours, This economy is killing us we both earn reasonable money and have cancelled every single thing that’s not a necessity ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ we have a mortgage so unfortunately not entitled to any benefit help either ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

Hey so I'm not in the same position as you but was in similar when I was with my ex.
The only thing you can do is look at if there's any way to reduce "lifestyle" costs. It's not fair but it is the only way with the current economy. For example, cars on finance, TV and WiFi packages that you don't actually need, gym memberships etc. If you have a car on finance you may be better off buying it outright with a bank loan then trading it in against a cheaper car you buy outright.
Also maybe look at if you would be better off not working for a while? For example of you have to run two cars would you be better quitting for a while and having one car?
It's hard to know without knowing the ins and outs of your situation.
Selling anything unused on Vinted and Facebook market place may help you get a little top up.
Make sure you're getting child benefit if entitled (based on earnings not mortgage).
Maybe look at food shop swap meal deals for packed lunches or branded with own brand?
It's tough x

Similar situation, my husband works Monday -Friday and I decided to make the sacrifice and work Thursday to Sunday (4 days a week) and the child goes to nursery 2 days a week Thursday and Friday. This way I use the government funded hours and save on nursery and I get to spend alone with my child 3 days a week and my husband 2 days a weeek. We don’t have a common day off which suks, however my husband visits me on my lunch break with my child and I have a small park next to my work place and we have a little lunch picnic. I also booked holidays for 1 we end a month or two days of weekend a month in order to spend time with both husband and child. Looked into subscription and cancelled what not needed, trying to limit my spending and looking where I can get more money.

Parks picnics and free events
Cook everything
Download uber rider if you can do a few deliveries a day it all adds up to pay off an extra bill
Extra layers in winter
I’m thinking of giving up the car

I’m really like swarmed between the babies, school and just daily task everything already feels like routine I need fun loll
I’m literally the funniest fun girl you’ll ever meet I’m just never outside long enough 😂 so I don’t make friends easily I’m also hoping school will put me in the environment to make long lasting meaningful friendships

My partner if he does not have sex for like 3 days becomes really nasty. We havnt had sex in 2 weeks because of the school holidays and camping trip. He has become so vile. Hes critical, threatening to kick me out because i wont resolve (his word fr sex), telling me i am a joke and he is going to find sex elsewhere and all sorts of shit. He is aggressive and mean and turns into hulk.
I have no emotional connection with him and when i told him that he turned it around stating what about his needs for sex. He then went on to say he aint doing shit for me.
I am also 20 weeks pregnant with our second and startinf to feel very uncomfortable in my own body.
Im scared to just walk out because im pregnant but i cant put up with the nasty things he says just because he isnt getting sex.
At the end of the camping trip he even disowned his eldest daugther and she landed up leaving at 8pm at night. (She is 13).
I just feel so stuck and lost.

Am I wrong to leave my ex partner who continues to drink and smoke? Also has no job. Also talks to multiple girls?

Hii, I’m Jess ! I’m 27 & I have 2 beautiful kiddos who are 7 & 5 & expecting a baby boy in the beginning of January💙. I’m a milspouse & my husband is currently stationed on Oahu, Hawaii, so I’m pretty far away from most people sadly, but I would love someone who would want to be my best friend even long distance 🥹
I’m a supportive, outgoing, compassionate person! I love being there for others when people need me! I’m a chatter box when I’m comfortable as well !✨
I know long distance friendship isn’t for everyone, but if you’re open, let me know ! ✨

So. Tired of seeing "put god first". And I always hit hide or show me less like this, but they keep popping up. Literally just saw 6 in a row. Whats the point of " show me less like this" if it does the opposite??
