At what point do I stop setting an alarm? My baby never let's me sleep 4 hours anyway, but shes now 7 week old and I still set an alarm for every 4 hours as directed in the early days!!

Oh my Lord, I never needed to do that for the same reason 😂 she wasn't sleeping for that long anyway!

We only had an alarm for the first couple weeks to ensure he’s getting back to birth weight, but now (also 7 weeks) we are feeding on demand so we‘re sometimes feeding in a 3hr window, but sometimes little one sleeps for 5hrs as well

If they’re above birth weight there’s no need, especially if they’re proactively telling you when they need something, which it sounds like is happening perfectly (as tiring as it can be!) x
My day 3 milk has just come in and im finding the engorgement and nipple pain unbearable. Im really keen to persevere with exclusive breastfeeding. Any recommendations for the pain?

Does anybody use MAM bottles and a UV steriliser?
Recently read that it’s not recommended to use UV on MAM bottles and I had no idea tbh🥴

So, my baby is now above birth weight. We’ve been told we do not need to wake her during the night, what’s everyone’s evening routine to make them sleep longer? Are we bathing every night? I know routine at this age some people don’t do it, but for myself I like routine. What’s everyone evening look like? Are we staying awake till 11pm for last feed? Baby sleep sack, are we bathing at what time?!

Question how I should approach my 4.5 year old using the hot tub jets on himself. Ive had several conversations just how we dont do that etc but hes now like mom give me privacy so he can do it so I have to stay there and watch him which is just becoming like weird to me. I dont want him to feel shame but also dont know what I should allow. Do i stand there and watch that he doesnt do it, do i let him do it, do I go harsh and say when I see that you’re out? 🤷♀️
Any help appreciated!
