Just curious if anyone has started potty training yet. We had been doing on and off elimination communication for awhile. And we have cloth diapered for the large majority of the time. But most of the moms I have talked to its not even on their radar. And my friends who have 2 and 3 year olds are currently working through potty training.

Informally a little yes. I think I started at 7 or 8 months. If I heard him fart, I’d put him on his little potty and he’s went 95% of the time. And I’d put the activity table over him so he can play while he sits. Mine was a late crawler so he couldn’t get up and go away, which helped. It’s obviously me doing the recognizing of his signs but I’m hoping this helps him get comfortable with the potty. And he loves the little flush after.

I personally haven't yet, but I want to hear more on this! I sawa Statistic that said the long time ago that most babies were potty trained by 18 months?? I'm not sure if that's developmentally appropriate but I would sure like to try it if it is.
I feel like the nursery my lo goes to isn't 100% truthful about the food they offer. They have this whole menu they advertise when you walk around which shows things like fish pie or shephards pie but then in the notes it will say my little one ate cheesy mash or today on pick up they said she refused 'party food' which was chicken nuggets, crisps etc... I look in the app and it says on the menu today is cauliflower and macaroni cheese...

Indirect jibes are subtle, passive-aggressive remarks or veiled criticisms meant to mock or undermine someone without confronting them openly.
This is what she’s like. In my own home. I’m sick and tired of it.. what do you ladies suggest?

We have been told by my daughter’s nursery that the monthly fees are going to jump from 141 a month to 503 a month after 30 hours funding (and before tax free childcare). This is such a huge jump! I queried why, and it’s because the government pay less per hour apparently for over 2 year olds. But now I’m looking online it’s because of the staff ratio is less. Has anyone else had this experience or is it just our nursery?

My partner doesn’t seem to enjoy my company like he used to I feel. I’ve been going through a lot lately with plans, our daughter, I’m trying to get back into shape, taking care of the house and keeping him happy. Not to mention I’ve been trying to be involved in planning for my sisters Bridal shower and wedding. Lately I’ve just lost control and I’ve had an attitude with him because I feel a little resentment. When we go out I’m always busy taking care of the baby while he has fun. I’m always home but I’m always busy, he comes home and does what ever he wants to do but I’m always catering to him and taking care of things around the house. He tells me that these things can wait, but if any of you know, if you fall behind on house chores they get waaaay too out of control and it’s hard to catch up.. Am I being the victim?? Do I just have a victim mindset?? I just want him to notice the things I do.
I noticed something the other day, that he remembered that I promised sex because I was too tired. I said that I’d make it up to him and I did. He remembered that because he reminded me TWICE.. But I can ask him 3 times to clean the beer cans off the back porch and clean out the coolers and he doesn’t do it.
All he has to do when he comes home is take out the trash and clean up his messes he makes. He can’t even do that.. when I try talking to him about it he turns it around on me. It happens every time and I’m always the one apologizing.
Please I need help, just come words of advice of just something to say to him. I’m really running out of things to say nicely. I’m struggling to speak for myself and communicate and it’s coming out in frustration and attitude.

Please someone else me I am at my whits end!! I’ve been struggling with my 3 year olds behaviour for a while now however it’s hit an all time low as he’s starting to hurt his baby sister. He’s constantly hitting her, throwing toys at her, jumping on the couch/bed right next to her and I just don’t know what to do anymore I’m really drained over it all. I absolutely love him to pieces but I feel like I can’t be his mum anymore 😭😭😭😭 I’m trying to go down the adhd route with him however because he’s 3 nobody will even entertain it
