2 months :/

Over 6 months the first time, 5.5 months second time ‘round.

I was like 4 months which is also crazy cuz i was breastfeeding

Got mine yesterday 🥲 8 weeks postpartum

Couple months with baby 1 and 6 weeks with baby 2 🥲

Not until about a month and a half after I stopped breastfeeding! If you aren’t breastfeeding, it can come back within a month or so, but longer, even up to 6 months, is totally normal!

7 months (not breastfeeding )

Breastfeeding and your postpartum bleeding with pause your period as both of those require blood and if you had proof on to of that you would need to be hospitalized for blood loss. Calm down. Your paid will come back once your hormones level out and assuming you're not breast feeding.

8 weeks I got mine and then 2 months off and then back to regular didn’t bf though

12.5 and still breastfeeding , I’ve been told that sometimes it doesn’t come back until you’re done nursing

I am 9 weeks postpartum and haven’t had my period yet! Apparently it’s because I’m exclusively breastfeeding, so don’t worry too much if that’s the case for you!

9 weeks after my first section, 6 months after my second section. Breastfed both babies

Yesterday, almost 7 weeks pp, not breast feeding
Let's be so real... how's everyone finding maternity leave?
Someone asked me, "Are you enjoying your maternity leave?" As in going out, doing things, making the most of it.
Honestly? I haven't been out much at all. I've mostly been at home with my baby, and it definitely hasn't been easy. There have been hard days. My mum comes over and cooks for me sometimes, which I'm so grateful for.
But if you asked whether I'm enjoying maternity leave, I'd actually say yes. I'm genuinely enjoying the slower pace, being at home with my baby, and not feeling like I have to be out all the time. It's not glamorous, and it's not always easy, but these quiet days mean a lot to me.
How's everyone else enjoying their maternity leave? Are you out and about, or are you embracing the slow days at home too?
I’m 5 months PP

Had a sweep yesterday and think I might have passed my bloody show today . Am I meant to call triage or not? I did ask them yday and they didn’t seem very bothered about that but I also didn’t feel she gave a direct answer

I had my first stretch and sweep in this pregnancy as I’m exactly 40 weeks today! I was told I’m 1-2cm dilated but my cervix is still a bit high/thickened.
I’m hoping as this is my second pregnancy the membrane sweep will work but did anyone else experience this and did they go into labour?

FTM here, this morning I woke up around 2:30am with contractions and thought I should start timing them as they felt really regular and getting stronger. Called the midwife line after an hour as they were like 3/4 minutes apart, got told to come in for observations and they monitored me for a couple of hours and was surprised how strong the contractions were and having 4 within a 10 minute timeframe. They did a cervical check and was only 1cm dilated, so got given some pain meds and sent home. Since then the contractions have mostly stopped, is this normal? Seems so strange cause they were so intense and frequent and I really thought it was happening lol

Im a week PP and was prescribed 6 weeks of the blood thinners but I absolutely hate them!
At the end of my c-section the anaesthetist said i qualified for 10 days but the surgeon jumped in a said no my bmi is over 40 so it has to be 6 weeks. Thing is, my bmi only hit 40 at the end of the pregnancy so typically its below 40 and ive rapidly lost since the section too...
Would I be crazy to stop at 10 days and not do the full 6 weeks? Its such a big time difference and im really struggling with it 😫😫
