Just interested in knowing when is a good time to tell people you’re expecting. I’m 6 weeks 4 days. I’ve told my work bestie to get me through work, and that is it! Am I crazy? I’m worried to tell anyone else until I’ve had my first scan?

It’s so individual. In my first pregnancy I didn’t tell anyone until 20 weeks and my second 24 weeks! Do what feels right for you x

Anytime, people say 12 weeks but in reality anything can happen at any time. 21 weeks with my son but I didn't know about him until 20 weeks, this baby im having my dating scan on the 9th then telling everyone x

I told all my friends and family when I was 4 weeks. Im now 8 weeks and planning on telling everyone else at my 11 week dating scan on 24th September. It’s up to you just think who would you want there for you if anything happens xxx

Hi guys im due a baby boy in january and my partner wants to name him Leo after his best friend, the boy middle name was already set to Duncan for a boy (his uncle who has passed) but im not certain on Leo, i like the name and think its sweet and works but im not certain about the reasoning of it being his best mates name, however I also dont have any other boy name ideas so might go with the Leo Duncan because I do like the name, thoughts?

i’m 1 month post partum tomorrow. when giving birth i had forceps and an episiotomy (2nd degree). After giving birth i moved to the postnatal ward, i asked for stool softeners constantly throughout the day and didn’t actually receive them until about 12 hours later, so this resulted in haemorrhoids just to add to the discomfort i already had. anyway i felt like the pain was getting better in all aspects but the last week i’ve started to feel a lot of discomfort again in both areas.
Is it normal to still be really sore a month on? my check up with doctors isn’t until october 1st.

Please share any tips to make this easier?
Did you use soap? Did your partner come with you? Who looked after baby? What did you change into? Did you wash your scar? Did you just wash your lower body and avoid getting your scar or dressing wet? Did you use a shower seat? Stand? Did you shower before or after your catheter was removed?
Sorry for all the questions!
Thank you for any responses x
