I know it's dependent on emergencies, just curious what time you were in the theatre if you were told to come in for 7:30am. Please even include delay times ❤️ also when were you told to fast from?

I was in theatre at 10am and my baby was out at 10:15am. I was told to fast from 10pm the night before

I was in at 2pm with my first and 10:00am with my second both of those where 07:30am arrivals. I was told to fast from midnight x

Can't remember what time had to fast from but was the night before. Went I to theater 12.15

Mine was 2pm - baby born at 5pm. I'm pretty sure I fasted from 10pm the night before? Or really early that morning

I was arrive at 6am and he was in my arms at 8.16am. Told to fast from midnight.

Thanks! Couldn't remember with my first

5pm. fasted for 3 days because they kept pushing me back & back.

I was told to be there for 7:30 am and to fast from 10pm with the exception of pre op drinks, they kept pushing me back and i finally i had her at 2:11 pm!
They did allow me to have some water as we were in a heat wave and i couldnt cope! X

I got there at 7.30am and was taken down at 8.45am my boy was delivered at 09.33am granted there was only two of us booked in that day. X

I arrived at 7:30 and went down at 9 and had my Lo at 9:25

I arrived at 730 with my first and I had her at 12:12 xx

I went in for an induction but got booked in for a C-section the next morning, was meant to be first thing but due to some emergencies I didn’t go into theatre until 5pm. Slightly different for me since I just stayed overnight instead of going home, but had I have gone home I would have gone in for 7:30am

I had to be at hospital for 7. I was 2nd on list and went down to theatre at 10.30 baby boy was born at 11.01. I was out by 11.20ish and out of recovery and on main ward by 12 🤣

I had to be in the hospital for 7, but I was the lowest priority on the day, and there was an emergency so I got pushed back to the early afternoon.

4 pm ;(
Ok, based on another post I saw and now I'm curious.
If your teenager holds a job, at what age would you feel comfortable still calling their boss to complain about a scheduling policy that you disagree with? Or any policy that you disagree with?

i might be crazy but honestly i'm not sure, her gums feel hard and she has been drooling a ton lately. she also has been getting super fussy and hasn't been eating as long / will refuse the breast at first. she has been eating her hand (but not in a hunger way) and will eat my arm, i am just very unsure.

My 2.5 year old has suddenly started seeing monsters, everywhere, it started in the bedroom at night, still happens with a Nightlight and she still cosleeps so dont think its an attention thing to get us to stay with her as one of us already does. Then it started happening in the bedroom during the day, then the rest of the house, now out the window of the car when driving, and yesterday when we were in asda. She doesnt seem particularly distressed but it, with the exception of once when she walking into the kitchen and kind of yelpt in suprise then came and told me there was a monster in the kitchen. Im unsure what the correct action for me to take is, i know not to invalidate what she's "seeing", do i ask about the monsters, do i tell the monsters to go away? I dont really want her reliant on "monsters spray.

Little rant but mainly looking for advice of any kind 😩
So my eldest boy is 6 and he is really struggling with his behaviour over the summer holidays he’s been so naughty and has constantly pushed buttons completely on purpose he claims he can’t control it and that his brain is bad however I can’t excuse or understand how he can do things like pour Pepsi all over his dads £1400 gaming set up because he ‘doesn’t like it’ or smash his tv out of anger coz a game wouldn’t let him play it how he wanted he’s constantly stealing things like chewing gum or snacks and then refusing to eat actual food and he’s shouting at us and telling us he hates us and we’re worst parents and he’s even gone as to far as attempting to hit his baby brother who’s 17 months old. Overall I’m at breaking point because this isn’t who he is yet it’s all he seems to be doing lately I’m heartbroken and feel defeated and I just want my boy back and to help get to bottom of this 😩😭

So my daughter had a week and a half off from nursery recently (the half was due to her having a temperature and not being able to go and the week was because I had time off so we could spend quality time together).
She’s been back to nursery this week, has only been in for 2 days, and she’s already coming down with something and her temperature is starting to increase 🤬
She’s 2 years old and has been at nursery for 15 months already.
She was only ill less than 2 weeks ago.
And now she’s coming down with someone else!
I thought they were supposed to get better with not getting so ill the longer they spend at nursery? But she just keeps getting ill and it’s never ending!
We’ve both taken so much time off work. I feel like I can’t look for a new job because of constantly needing to be off with her when she’s sick and my husband can’t do it due to work commitments and lack of flexibility, I just thought this was going to get easier.
Why does she have to keep f’ing catching stuff!!
And then why are people continuously taking their sick kids into nursery?? It’s 2 f’ing days for peep sake!! How is she possibly ill already?! Such an f’ing joke!!!!!
Argh!
