Could anyone suggest any other breakfasts I could offer my 15 month old please? We alternate between Weetabix or toast. Sometimes if there is more time I’ll make banana pancakes. He doesn’t have many teeth so limited to things that are easily chewable but I’m not sure if there are any other suitable cereals he could try

We have porridge and mix with banana and almond butter/ peanut butter. Porridge and low sugar jam. Porridge and mashed strawberry/raspberry. Scrambled egg and toast. Again if you have more time there is lots of baby French toast options that my little one is ok with again not a lot of teeth xx

He doesn't need teeth to chew, he will be able to use whatever teeth he has and his gums. We do Weetabix mixed with different chopped fruit, toast with peanut butter and banana, scrambled egg on toast sometimes, porridge with fruit or peanut butter toppings, bran flakes (no idea why he likes these but he does 🤣)

One egg omelette with a bit of cheese cut into strips, my baby loves it and very easy to eat

Shreddies, if they're soaked for a while they're soft as anything
Porridge is a firm favourite in this house...mostly when it's above 25 🤣🤷🏼♀️

A staple in ours was banana pancakes, I’d do a huge batch and freeze them, then pop them in the grill or microwave 🫶

My daughter loves yogurt (not flavored) and cheese so every morning she has a bowl of yogurt and a mild cheese (any type she doesn’t mind 😂) with brown bread. And at the end I give her some strawberries or blueberries or any other fruit that we have at home.
I follow Natalie Peall on instagram, I have got many ideas from her as well such as blueberry bread and banana finger biscuits.

Batch made and frozen -
Banana oat pancakes
Spinach apple pancakes
Homemade fruit & chia seed jam
Made fresh -
Eggy bread/french toast
Banana pancake bites
Omelette with cheese/veggies
Scrambled eggs with veggies

My baby loves overnight oats - baby friendly .. we add different fruits in so it’s not always the same, her favourite at the moment is stewed apples with cinnamon and chai seeds
I have made it very clear I do not want my daughter who is 2 to be forward faced. Those in the family have car seats that can rear face to 18kg. She is not 18kg. Today I find out shes being forward faced by one of the family members I use for child care. I am pissed!! Yes she can legally forward face but it is NOT what I have requested and now I feel I cant trust them to look after my daughter if theyre breaking a boundary I have set what other boundaries will they break.

so over the course of several weeks my man has been acting really sketchy. like a little less than a week ago he went out with friends, and didn’t come home until 5 o’clock in the morning. he said he was at a car show ???
then i talked to my friend who ran into him at a bar one night. she told me that she saw him greeting a girl who walked in alone, and he took her purse and was holding it for her and they sat at the bar and were just talking and talking. once my man noticed my friend was there, he acknowledged her but then they scurried off and left.
also, he’s been going to this sushi restaurant and a dive bar to do his work “undistracted”
then i saw on his watch that he’s texting with some girl named destiny??
some of it is just sketchy. but would you consider his actions at the bar cheating? or that he’s texting some girl i’ve never heard of?

So 99% of the time I get the kids ready for the day, I do their laundry and sort their clothes and I also buy majority of their clothes
Sometimes my partner has a problem with what they’re wearing and will start critiquing or complaining once we’re already dressed for the day
Today was one of those days they were wearing a T-shirt and leggings and it was about 20 degrees Celsius the high of the day is 24 I feel like this is appropriate clothing for the temperature
We were about to go out in 15 mins and he started saying they need to change into warmer clothes, I’m tired of going back and forth with him on this so I said “if you want them to change can you change them” as I still needed to eat my breakfast for some reason he still had a problem with how I said it (I didn’t have an attitude or anything) but he couldn’t even say how he’d rephrase it
Anyways here’s what he changed them into (bear in mind they’re quite thick clothes if you can’t tell) I was wearing a T-shirt and shorts and still felt warm outside and he was wearing a T-shirt and joggers
Obviously for me this is 4 sets of clothes I need to wash rather than just 2 and even if I asked him to do the laundry I’d be waiting forever

I go back to work in 2 weeks. I've been lucky to have extended leave and my little one is 20 months. There are no nursery places locally and my family are 150 miles away. My job is work from home which I'm lucky but I'm so nervous of juggling childcare and work.
Is anyone else juggling it? Any tips
