I have 2 children. From a very young age I always wanted children. I then found out at 26 that I had endo and had fertility issues. I was unable to get pregnant. I then had a few rounds of IVF and finally got my 2 beautiful girls.
One started school a few years ago and is in her last year at her lower school. My youngest has just started school.
I feel heartbroken. I have no little people at home during the day now. I miss them so much and have cried every day this week.
I'm scared it won't get easier? I am scared of feeling lonely. They are my little besties and I feel so upset.
Has anyone got any advice or older children where you can tell me that there's so much more to enjoy as they get older? I will miss the little stage so much.
I always wanted 3 kids but not sure I can do IVF again due to costs

I don't want to sound insensitive because it is sad when your littles start becoming big kids, but this is a good time to invest in yourself. You have more time to do things you couldn't. It's good to open up your world and yourself to more than just motherhood

I agree with the above because before you know it your life revolves around them so much you dont know how to be just you again and equally need something that is just about you and for yourself

I have one who’s a jr in high school and another that just started kindergarten. It does get boring during the day with them being in school but I also enjoy my alone time to breathe.
Is this finally it? ❤️

My husband just got home from work got out of his work clothes and sat dawn and we were talking then I seen a condom under the chair he was sitting on in our room that I’ve been in all day and cleaned literally this morning and we don’t use them at all I have no clue where it came from me and him have been married for three years and I’m pregnant with our second child and he’s trying to say that it was mine from a previous relationship which makes zero sense and when I asked him where it really came from, he got mad and left our room

So my husband and I really want to go to the gym. He started going in the morning at 5am with a coworker but I will start going with him at night some days of the week. However, we don’t really have anyone near us that would be free to watch our baby that we trust when we go. The gym offers daycare services while we work out but I’m so anxious about leaving her with strangers while we’re working out even though it’s in the same building. Any advice on how to just accept the daycare services and move on?

When did you start exercising again? I’ve done a few light workouts but I’m really keen to get back to it!

Hi everyone, we are going to Southmead for our 20 week scan next week (on a week day at midday) and was wondering what the parking situation was like at the moment?
When we had our first baby 3 years ago, parking during the week was always a nightmare- usually got one of the last spots in the small carpark next to the antenatal clinic and could never even get near the multi-storey 😅 I’m just asking as the carpark I’ve circled in yellow was out of action for basically the whole of my pregnancy last time so wondered if the situation is any different now it’s open again!
Will probably find somewhere off-site with JustPark to reduce the parking stress if it is still a nightmare, but thought I’d see if anyone has any recent experiences to share first 🫶🏼😊
