Name of my baby
Hi all, would you give the same name of the baby of a friend of yours who is not very close to you but you keep talking from time to time?
We are both from Spain and our husbands are Greek. She had a baby few months ago and gave her one of our favorite name we are thinking to give to our baby (a Greek name). In the last month we are starting to love more and more that name and I am wondering if this will be offensive to her if we pick the same? my older kid really loves that name too and wants us to call our baby like that. To add on the awkwardness our first born has the same name but our is the Spanish version and hers is the Greek version!! in this case we didn’t know it and it was pure chance 👀

cervix check
so i declined every other time they’ve asked if i wanted a cervix check but finally gave in for my 39 week appt today and i’m 1cm dilated and 50% effaced. it definitely didn’t feel good but some people really scared me with their stories so the adrenaline rush out of fear definitely helped with pain i think as well. ever since ive been crampy and i had a very big bloody show/lost my mucus plug after a nap. i have no clue which it was im assuming mucus plug? but very bloody? i peed it out. i don’t want to post a pic as i know people are sensitive to blood but i called the ob hotline and the lady was lowkey rude on the phone about it but calmed me enough saying as long as i dont have contractions every 5 minutes 🤷♀️ i slept most of the day and dont feel 100% but omg how can i give birth if i can barely take a cervix check 💀 trying not to get in my head too much

12dpo and picture was taken within 3 mins! I can see a very faint line but trying not to get my hopes yet 🙈 anyone else's postives look like this at this stage??

a little concerned
so i’ve seen multiple people have 20 week anatomy scan and people have genetic testing done before or at 20 weeks but i’m concerned that my ob hasn’t done genetic testing or a anatomy scan.
