Personally for me, it’s sleeping whenever I want and for however long 😭

Definitely sleep, after having 2 non sleepers I want a lay in so badly 😆

Having a free and flexible schedule. Now I have to schedule my work shifts around my husband's work shifts because someone needs to be with the kids plus now they're in school so someone has to get them ready and to school 😵💫

Tbh, it’s mixture of things but yeah sleep is important

What if I tell you that it gets better. Just like they won’t stay younger for very long either. My daughter is 5 now and my son is 3 and a half. I don’t really miss anything before becoming a mother because I make time for myself. I can see why it can be a difficult thing to do if you don’t have any help, but even an hour to yourself after them having gone to bed, is going to make a huge difference. Sometimes you also need to make peace with yourself too as you get older that something will BE different, and one of that thing is yourself. You are not the same as you were before, so first thing first is to stop wishing for it.
I thought I have it good after them both able to sleep through the night, but then I started potty training ing my son 😂 the sleepless night came back of me worrying he’d piss himself. My daughter was easier to train, she didn’t have many accidents, so I never had to worry about it. Sleep is overrated lol

A mix of sleep and free time. I used to take naps daily since high school lol and now I can barely sleep but I also miss being able to get up and go when I want or just sit home and not have to do anything

I need some advice/tips on handling anxiety during pregnancy. I’m 16 weeks, have had 2 private + 2 nhs scans - I have had nothing to indicate something is going wrong however I can’t help but worry constantly that something bad is going to happen!
I felt a flutter/movement yesterday, but not today, so naturally I am spiralling again.
I just want to know if this is normal? When I have mentioned it to the midwife she tells me anxiety is normal for first time pregnancies but I don’t know if worry to this level is concerning or not?
Thank you 🙏

I've been told I'm overprotective and spoiling my baby. Has anyone else experienced this? How do you handle it and feel confident in your parenting choices?

Has anyone else who previously had heavy cycles before having a baby or even not, struggled with an exceptionally heavy second period postpartum?
My first one was lighter than before having my little one and this second one is crazy! Super tampons are only lasting me 45 mins - hour.
I feel ok in myself but I wondered if anyone has had the same. Is this normal? I’m going to ask my GP Monday but I thought asking on here first would be helpful…

I’m 4’11 and currently eating 1850 calories but all the calculators out there say I should be eating around 1600.
What was your caloric intake take in first trimester and if you don’t mind sharing height and weight too! Trying to just gauge if I’m really that far off
