C section scar pain

I am 3.5 weeks post section and in the last few days have started having frequent stabbing pains on the right hand side of my scar. It happens when walking or twisting - basically most movements! There is no redness/swelling/sign of infection, and I had no issues until now. Has anyone else experienced this?

You can always ask a Dr for advice but I still gey occasional sharp twinges and I'm 5 months pp. And I still had them 3 years after my first x

Yes, 8 weeks PP. Try not to twist so severely. Your body is literally putting 7 layers of skin, fascia and muscle back together. Make sure you’re getting plenty of water.

6 weeks pp and completely normal. My OB said it’s the nerves and my body regenerating. Just remember you just had MAJOR surgery and it takes time.🫶🏻

Yes! I talked to the doc, it’s part of the healing. It could be where the sutures were inside and also the surgery affects a lot of nerve endings.

1st Miscarriage 😭

Just found out my 11 week old baby stopped growing at 8 weeks 😭 and a heartbeat which can be detected at 6 weeks was absent. 💔

We have a beautiful healthy 20 month old baby girl whom we are beyond grateful for but we were sooo excited to finally continue to grow our family 😭

Anyone still working at 35 weeks?

I am currently at 35+5 weeks. I have this week and next week left to work but honestly don’t know if I can last ! Finding it so much harder this time having a small child to care for at home as well. We don’t really have anyone who can care for my son either as it used to be my mum but she now has a terminal diagnosis to deal with and understandably isn’t her usual self… Tbh I had stopped trying when found this out so was a bit of surprise and not ideal… hubby is currently working 6/7 nights to save as well so he just as exhausted as I am… but god I just want a full day in bed so bad! 😭😂…
Is anyone else struggling?

Having first doubts about unmedicated birth

I'm 38 weeks pregnant and woke up 2 days ago with bad muscular pain in my upper back. The past 2 nights have been agony, having terribly broken sleep, paracetamol barely touching the pain, and not being able to get comfortable at all.. I've booked a massage today, but it's made me think how am I going to be able to handle labour pain if I can't handle some muscle pain??
Please can people share some of their own experiences to support, or at least get me to think more realistically about pain relief if it's unlikely I'll be able to do it unmedicated..

Similar names

My daughters name is Maya (My-ya) and I am obsessed with the name Mila too. And everyone tells me they are too similar. Would it sound silly to call my next baby Mila (Me-la)?
