I was 32 when i had my baby, active labor was 20 hours. 3 pushes.

0 complications,
2nd degree tear.

36 yo, induced around 37 weeks. I was induced at about 4/4:30pm and baby was born at 4:36 am (12 hour labor, but only about 30 minutes of active pushing)

Had my first at 36 years old and active labor lasted for 6 hours tops. (Water birth)

9.5 hours - I had my waters broken at 11am and baby was born at 8:40pm

I had two inductions. First baby was loooooong, long early labour (it was days) and then 12ish hours maybe a little more in established labour.

2nd baby was less than 2 hours! It was bloody terrifying. I honestly preferred the slower calmer labour.
