Tips of how to survive first trimester with a toddler?

I have a 19 mo and I'm 6 weeks pregnant. I've hit the sickness and fatigue stage. Any tips on how to survive this time with a very active toddler?

Having my head hung in a toilet with my LO banging the lid on my head was not a part of motherhood I was prepared for 😆

She hasn't mastered independent play yet so relies heavily on me for stimulation. We do go to a playgroup or playdate most days but that is becoming harder for me right now.

I have no village, and hubby works full time and is home around 6pm. Bedtime is 7pm and I have to currently cosleep so I only get that hour break.

Any tips welcome

I had terrible morning sickness with this pregnancy. Honestly, I let my LO watch tv a lil more than normal so that I could lay down 😭

Little love 💕

She’s here! I didn’t get the magical VBAC I had hoped for, but gave it my best shot and feel proud of my efforts. Baby girl arrived by emergency C-section after a long day of labouring and attempted forcep delivery yesterday. 💖

Moving c section date

Can anyone advise how easy it is to move c section date? My hospital want to move it later which will make me days away from term. If I ring back and ask it to be slightly earlier, do you think they'll let me? I just really don't want it that far along.

Double barrel surname

My boyfriend and I have been together 4.5 years and are expecting our first baby in January. We’re not married (not even engaged) and I wouldn’t say either of us are very traditional. My boyfriend has taken an issue with the fact I want our baby and future children to have both our surnames, and that I will likely have a double barrel surname when/if we do eventually get married. I’m quite independent and I like my family name, so I don’t think it’s a surprise to him but he seems offended by my decision and is constantly pushing me to take his name and to give our children his name. He says it’s ’the norm’ - I think it’s archaic. He’s implied we aren’t a proper family if we don’t all have the same name, so I suggested he also double barrel if we get married (of course he didn’t want to do that). His family also clearly don’t like it and keep calling our baby by his surname only. I’m not going to change my mind about the double barrel surname, but I’m just getting really bored of having the same conversation. Am I really being weird/unreasonable for standing my ground on this?

Reasurance

How are people dealing with the anxiety of just having to wait until 12 weeks 😫 this is my third pregnancy after two previous losses and im loosing my mind. I went for an early reassurance scan at 7 weeks where i saw heartbeat but im currently 9 weeks and i feel like my symptoms have died off and i just domt feel as pregnant as i did a few weeks ago. Im so worried something is wrong but i dont want to go for another scan as im also scared incase something is wrong. I just feel so lost and i just dont know how to deal with waiting i really want to know everything is okay 🥴
